Authentic Vinyasa Yoga with Ali Peterson
Join Ali (Authentic Yoga) for a breathing practice rooted in intuition and freedom. Come as you are. Students are encouraged to focus on their breath over the postures and given a lot of freedom to move in a way that serves them. This physically intense and liberating class will leave you feeling powerful and grounded.

Zumba with Silvia Perdomo
Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and boosted energy! A mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, don't miss this calorie-burning dance fitness party with Silvia! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. It's super effective and super fun! No experience necessary - all are welcome.

Pilates with Club Pilates (Instructor TBD)
Soon to open in Downtown Crown, Club Pilates will lead this Pilates mat class that focuses on the core, improving posture, and stabilization of joints. Strengthen and tone the total body with this low-impact yet highly effective method - a little movement goes a long way! Great for all levels.
